With the darker evenings now here, it's vitally important that you and your dog are seen by cars when out for a walk. We strongly recommend that you both wear a bright reflective jacket if you are out on the roads in the evening. Sadly, most pet road traffic accidents occur in the autumn and winter when visibility is poorer. It is also possible to buy flashing collars for your dog to improve visibility and it is probably a good policy to carry a small torch also.
